1986 Warwick Design Consultants established

1987 Transport Design International (TDI) created as a trading name of Warwick Design to undertake international transport projects

1988 Transport Design International Ltd Pty formally established in Sydney, Australia as a joint venture between Warwick Design and Design Resource to undertake projects in the Asia Pacific region

1999 Minitram Systems Ltd established

2000 Martin Pemberton sells shareholding in Warwick Design to focus on global projects with Transport Design International Ltd 

2005-2008 TDI forms alliance with AVE Rail Projects under the trading name TDI-AVE Design and Engineering Services to provide turnkey design and supply of rail interiors and cabs direct to rolling stock builders

2008 TDI and Minitram Systems relocate to Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire, UK
