Queensland Rail

In the early 1990s,TDI developed the interior and exterior design of the new high speed tilting trains which now run between Brisbane, Rockhampton and Cairns. The projects involved considerable research into the provision of state of the art information technology, entertainment systems and catering facilities on board the trains. 

The only one of its kind in Australia, the Tilt Train provides both economy and business class seating and travels at speeds of up to 160 km per hour.
