Piccadilly Line Refit

Following on from initial concept studies prepared for LUL, TDI worked alongside Bombardier to develop and implement new designs for the 1973 tube stock refurbishment. This project also involved the preparation of pre-production detail drawings and specifications for all interior components as well as the construction of full size saloon and cab mock-ups.

In addition, the company undertook full audits on all industrial design and ergonomic related issues within the saloon and cab during the production engineering stages.
